FIA-MS data processing method

Description

We would like to add the C++ logic required for processing FIA-MS data to OpenMS

Objectives

• [ ] A new class for FIA-MS data processing that integrates the existing OpenMS peak pickers
• [ ] The class will include a summation step prior to peak picking along the time axis
• [ ] The class will most likely include a non-linear binning step based on mass resolution prior to accurate mass search
• [ ] Integration with accurate mass search for annotating picked features based on accurate mass from an existing database
• [ ] Unit tests covering all methods in the class

Validation

• [ ] Passing OpenMS CI
