KDE was implemented in 0f63fdf.

Box point implemented in d1adf84684a21006b20a9aa6f60b418b15645c5a (rust side) and 99ed58fa5c410f1244319bc2fa3ef86b74a78464 (python side). The box plot is not going to be implemented because violins or KDEs are superior when used on a metabolic map.
