Show conditions on "ALL" legend for histograms

Motivation

When "ALL" is selected, if there are multiple conditions on histograms it should show it next to the legend.

Design

The histogram legends are laminated in the colors of the condition and the condition tag is written next to them.

The condition text is only shown if "ALL" is selected. Compare the left case, which corresponds to only one condition, against the "ALL" case on the right.

• [x] Feedback.
• [x] Hide histogram UI settings when ALL is selected since it is meaningless.
• [x] Ensure the case for side with no condition and side with conditions work correctly.
