Chore: Update to bevy 0.13.0 #49

Closes #48

Update to bevy 0.13.0 (and also the third party plugins and rest of dependencies if needed).

With this, we can publish it to crates.io after a long time (since we have been using using a commit hash for bevy_pancam).
