Stats to compute:

Mean, median, percentiles for tip lengths
Mean, median, percentiles for node heights
Alpha
Alpha proporitional
Phi
Phi average proportional

I don't think phi and phi prop are needed but @ryanafolk and @njenglewrye correct me if that is wrong and I'll add those. They take a lot longer than the others so I skipped them for this run. The other stats were sent 12/7/2021.
