update biolink model version to 2.2.13

Changes we'd make for x-bte annotation: SEMMED

• SEMMEDDB:ASSOCIATED_WITH isn't mapped to related to anymore. It looks like we should use the new predicate associated_with
• SEMMEDDB:USES is mapped to has_input....so that would add this predicate to the operations...
• we can use the new predicates diagnoses (inverse: is diagnosed by) for SEMMEDDB:diagnoses....right now we are using related_to...
• categories/ node types: STY:T037 (semmed, injury or poisoning) and STY:T046 (semmed, Pathologic Function) no longer mapped to Disease. Instead, they're mapped to pathological entity mixin.

New predicates:

• associated with
• associated with sensitivity to (inverse: sensitivity associated with)
• associated with resistance to (inverse: resistance associated with)
• diagnoses (inverse: is diagnosed by)
• disease has location
• has plasma membrane part (inverse: plasma membrane part of)
• composed_primarily_of

Renamed predicates:

• co-occurs in literature with changed to occurs together in literature with

New categories / node types:

• protein domain
• protein family
• nucleic acid sequence motif

Note: will update SEMMEDDB x-bte soon. This is what I did

• same as what I said above:
  • map SEMMEDDB:diagnoses to new predicate diagnoses (w/ inverse "is diagnosed by") rather than using related_to
  • map categories/ node types: STY:T037 (semmed, injury or poisoning) and STY:T046 (semmed, Pathologic Function) to PathologicalEntity (which is actually a mixin hmmmmm). Previously they were mapped to Disease
• different from what I said above:
  • keep SEMMEDDB:ASSOCIATED_WITH mapped to related_to (decided not to use the new predicate associated_with).
  • didn't make operations with SEMMEDDB:USES (didn't look useful)
