Initially, BTE focused simply on navigating the nodes and edges of the property graph. We have recently expanded our handling of provenance by allowing filtering and summarization based on the data source. Moving forward, we will expand our capabilities for using biological evidence, provenance and context when it is available from the source APIs. The exact activities and behaviors are still to be determined, and will involve coordination with the Translator EPC working group.
