Because of our interest in drug repurposing, we recently began curating DrugMechDB, a database of drug mechanisms. DrugMechDB currently contains ~100 drug mechanisms expressed as paths through a knowledge graph. In this milestone, we will expand the dataset to at least 500 drug mechanisms. We will then use DrugMechDB to train a ranking model to prioritize BTE results.
