Per Vincent Emonet, there is an effort to better document Translator standards for newcomers at https://github.com/NCATSTranslator/NCATSTranslator.github.io/wiki/Translator-Standards-overview. We should review/update the BTE/SmartAPI section. For example, we might include links to example SmartAPI records and/or https://smart-api.info/guide.
