update TRAPI export to v1.0 standard #169

Currently, the to_reasoner_std() method exports TRAPI v0.9.2. Although https://github.com/biothings/BioThings_Explorer_TRAPI is our primary mechanism for TRAPI compliance, would also be good to update this python client at some point. (We probably should also rename this method to to_TRAPI() or similar...
