graph display feature in Jupyter notebook

I'd like to also incorporate the custom edge weights (to reflect the number of paths utilizing an edge) and the custom node colors (to indicate semantic type).

  • Get familiar with the Networkx Python library
  • Networkx All Simple Paths
  • Networkx MultiDiGraph
  • Data Tool for Visualization in Jupyter Notebook

• End Product

  • Notebook
  • The Graph would look like the one that appears in the above notebook.
  • Features to be added
  • By default, should display the top 10 edges (criteria: the more paths utilizing the edge, the higher rank it should be)
  • Feel free to come up with other options for ranking
  • Color Nodes with different semantic types with different colors.
