make a consistent pagination control on both Sources and Builds tabs

The number of elements (boxes) will grow over time, we need to add a pagination control on both tabs.

We should allow:

• set different paging size (10, 20, 50, 100, "view all").
• default for "Sources" tab is "view all"
• default for "Builds" tab is 10
• remember the selection in browser cache
