issue_063 - remove redundant drugbank.drugbank_id (now drugbank.id) #64

This is a patch that fixes an inconsistency between 'drugbank.id' and 'drugbank.drugbank_id' field names.

Please see Issue #63

Below is a diff before and after the patch, 6972 documents were affected. The 'drugbank_id' and 'id' fields were exported before and after the patch and I verified that only 'id' was present after the patch.
