@kevinxin90 Please review / check the changes here, related to #32. I used a jupyter notebook with downloaded files to check the functions, and I believe that things are working as-expected:
variants_related_to_disease code and output is now similar to genes_related_to_disease
variants_related_to_disease now excludes diseaseSemanticType and diseaseClass from output (not in the original PR, but similar to the behavior of genes_related_to_disease and the original code that excluded diseaseType)
commented out source.to_list() lines (less computational work)
