I think it looks good, but I have one question regarding the data: is it going to be maintained and get updated at your repository (here)?

Discuss with @zcqian yesterday. This valuable data source is a little different than others. What I heard from @andrewsu is we want to include relevant and accurrate records as many as possible. Now, I feel it is difficult to do this in a fully automatic way since there are some parsing and review effort to make sure final output is execllent for further use. Certainly will review new increased records around the end of year to see if there are better approaches to process the data without diminishing the quality.
