add prefix for doid #7

disgenet.doid needs to add prefix "DOID"

This issue is fixed in cbb8dc4e382e35156c61abf49fa64850cc6c3bfe, can be verify using: https://mydisease.info/v1/disease/MONDO:0016575?fields=disgenet.xrefs.doid
