@andrewsu can you please locate the particular data file or the download page?

TCGA data can be accessed/downloaded from https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/. Not sure if they provide a pre-summarized file of variant frequencies by cancer type, or if we would have to download the raw data and summarize ourselves... I would hope/guess that the former exists, but not sure... Jeon, can you dig around to see what you can find?
