Adding more tutorials

The new documentation #552 contains also a revamped tutorial. However, some important sets of functionalities miss a tutorial:

• [ ] ViennaRNA application interface: tutorial/application/viennarna
• [ ] Uniprot database: tutorial/database/uniprot
• [ ] PubChem database: tutorial/database/pubchem
• [ ] Sequence profiles: tutorial/sequence/profiles
• [ ] Chain, residue and molecule utilities: tutorial/structure/segments
• [ ] Nucleotide structure analysis (base pairs, dot-bracket): tutorial/structure/nucleotide
• [ ] MOL and SDF format: part of tutorial/structure/io
