refactor: removed noquotes option, defaulting it to true b2fe25b (closes #126)
Now loader never wraps its output in quotes. Historically noquotes option was needed because other loaders (css-loader, etc.) didn't treated input without quotes correctly. Now these loaders have been updated thus making noquotes option obsolete.
