feat(bioeasysetup): add code copy feature #173

Added a little hover-button that lets the user copy the code snippets in the Easy Setup section.

I'd say no. Because you don't run Biotope on your smartphone

In that case, we should display:none the copy text because of text overlapping and readability issues.
