I was using cell-ranger and BBrowser3 to analyze sc-RNA data. Cell-ranger worked fine, however, BBrowser3 (featured with Hera-T 0.2.2) only mapped 4.5% of total reads. It means around 95.5% reads are unmapped. I was wondering how to fix it to increase the mapping rate. Thank you.
