Add support for complete qsub #7

This is needed by the Jenkins PBS plugin (which is why my pull request fails :)). Again, probably needs major clean-up.

Merged, will have to change a minor thing in the PBS.java file to fix a compilation error. But it is looking great! I didn't think about env vars when submitting jobs, nice catch.

Please, feel free to send another pull request with a pom.xml including your developer information if you want to have your name included in the next releases :-)
