ImaCytE is an interactive tool for data-driven exploration of Imaging Mass Cytometry data as presented in the paper "ImaCytE: Visual Exploration of Cellular Micro-environments for Imaging Mass Cytometry Data".
Does the markers and Nucleus_marker_number arguments refer to the file name of the images or does it refer to the file number within the file list (as in the order of the files) or does it refer to the metal isotope?
I am having trouble getting the edited images into the output folder even though the script isn't returning any errors.
I am having trouble with the Prepare_Images_for_Ilastik3.m script.
