Orientation of images? #13

Hello,

I'm trying to load raw data. I'm only able to get version 1.1.3 to successfully load the raw data provided in the 1.1.5 release. I have to change the suffix for the mask to "[filename]_Probabilities_mask" in order for ImaCytE to load the sample data. However, when trying to load my own appropriately prepared data (32bit multipage .OME tiff files generated by HistoCAT and _Probabilities_mask files generated by Ilastik), I receive an input window that says "Orientation of images, in order to create a montaged image." The header of the window says "Input (sum of 2 imag..." and then the rest is cutoff; I am unable to resize the input window. What are acceptable values to put in this text entry box? Hitting "OK" and leaving it blank gives me an error that says "Problem loading File: [filepath]". Hitting "Cancel" produces the exact same error. Has anybody encountered this issue / found a solution?
