Hi, In the tutorial, it's said "The triangle is colour-coded: White means more significant; Black means more probability that it happens by chance." But in the paper "ImaCytE: Visual Exploration of Cellular Microenvironments for Imaging Mass Cytometry Data", it seems that Black means more significant, while white means more probability that it happens by chance. What's the meaning of the triangle color-coded, could you please explain it in detail? Thank you so much.

The triangle color-coding is performed according to the significance of the motif that is placed the specific triangle. The significance is being calculated according to a permutation test.

As StarXian mentioned, can anyone confirm if black means more significant (paper says) or white means more significant (tutorial pdf says)? thank you.
