Uploading ome tiff and mask #7

Hello, I tried to upload a single 'ome.tiff' and 'mask.tiff' files into the ImaCytE, but even after waiting several hours the files were still loading. Is there a more efficient way to upload files? I am using MATLAB R2019a on a MacBook Pro (2.3GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, 32GB memory) and the image is 1.5x1.5mm, the 'ome.tiff' file is 369.1 MB and the 'mask.tiff' file is 4.5 MB. I generated these tiff files using the Bodenmiller segmentation pipeline. Thank you, Alicia

See my comment on Issue #3. This might be related to filepath incompatibility between MacOS and Windows.

I am wondering if anyone has been able to solve this issue? I am encountering difficulty loading data (a single ome.tiff and mask.tiff) into the .exe ImaCytE. It says "please wait..." for hours and never uploads.

If anyone has successfully overcome this issue, please advise!
