I like that a "3D" ontology explorer is added as a new feature! The current implementation is still very restrictive, but hopefully this feature will be developed further. Giving users more options to manipulate/customize the graph will increase its utility. Some suggestions for consideration:

Make window with ontology visualization bigger (full page)/scalable
Allow users to implode/explode branches to "unclutter" the graph
Allow users to search terms/apply filters

@qlands : check the code that is complex - find some capacity to modify and enhance the code
