Editing online a term: enable just posting a comment #182

When one use the 'Editing button' just to make a comment without changing anything , an error message appears adn the comment is erased. posting a comment should be enabled Capture d’écran 2022-04-21 à 16 27 00

What would be the use case for having a note? Maybe they can comment on the community site?

the use case is for example, the scale is wrong but the person has no alternative to propose. Not sure we should use the CoP site to highlight typos, or errors.. it has to go to the curator only.
