Add additional check boxes in APImod for importing killmails. #106

What is the enhancement you would like to see?

Add additional check boxes for the following items in APImod.

1. Additional check box for Alliance
2. Additional check box for Enemy

What steps would use of your enhancement involve?
1. Allow the admin of the killboard to be able to allow killmails for
either Corps or Alliance friendly fire to be added.
2. Allow the admin of the killboard to be able to allow killmails for
Friend or Enemy to be added and not both.
3.

Please provide any additional information below.
