Unable to search for pilot/corp/etc. using GET

This URL is commonly found on kill detail pages in the comments section.  The 
URL will not work since /common/search.php only pulls parameters from _POST and 
does not consider _GET.

Please see the attached file that contains corrections which will allow the 
code to work with both _POST and _GET.

This has been working in 3.1 for a while (and <3, of course). I improved it a 
bit based on your patch. 

I'm only adding fixes to 3.0 but I think this is close enough, so I'll add it 
once I'm sure it's working in trunk.
