cron/* needs dos2unix run on them #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup a kb based on current svn on linux
2. enable one of the cron jobs in cron

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: execution

Actual:

/bin/sh: /var/www/virtual/kb.takingwishes.com/cron/cron_import.php: 
/usr/bin/php^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

What version of the board are you using? 3.1 r857

What version of PHP and MySQL does the board run on?

N/A

What is the url of a page where the error occurs or has occurred?

N/A

Please provide any additional information below.

they just need to have a dos2unix run on each of them. If you'd like diffs I'd 
be happy to generate and attach.
