Error when posting comment

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Post a comment on a killmail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm not sure if other people are receiving the error, they haven't complained. 
Also, the comment actually does show up and gets posted, it just doesn't 
refresh the page properly it looks like. The error is as follows:

This will be fixed in the next release. Until then you can change the root 
index.php and set the error level reported to E_ERROR.

Oh, and the process is that 
  * you post a comment
  * the cached file with old comments is removed
  * the now empty cache directory is removed
  * the page redirects back to the kill (to prevent refresh reposting)

The directory removal step was not working but it's not essential and may even 
be removed in the future. So it's safe to ignore the warning.
