Try going to [kburl]/update/?package=CCPDB When that is finished, try posting
the kill again.

As already mentioned I have applied the latest datadump. Nevertheless I did as
suggested, but it didn't change anything.
I can not pull any kills from EVE-kill where the new Tier 3 Battlecruisers are
involved and where the Weapon is the same as the Ship.

Installing rev. aefd419c7ae4, dropping the apikilllog module and instead using
the new native API Killlog seem to have solved my problem.

The first error, and that in comment 8, should be fixed by 4.0.1. That was just
due to the db not being updated, which 4.0.1 forces. The error in comment 7 is
due to CCP changing killmail depending on language settings on the computer Eve
is run on. A patch for this has been added in Rev b5b674cb74bf.
If you're running off the latest git, does either error still occur?

with the tier 3 bc and the weapon as tier3 BC^^

The mails you have given all work for me. I can only suggest making sure all
the killboard files are up to date. The T3 BC are in your db so they should
work.
Incidentally, you currently have errors from the rankmod. Updating with the
newest version of the mod, from the same link as before, will make the errors
go away.

When you say you reinstalled the database, do you mean with
update/?package=CCPDB ? If not, do that again.
Try turning off any sql caching and object caching. Make sure the cache is
writeable, and delete every subdirectory of cache/SQL/ and cache/store/.
