installation are complete but it dosn´t complete #194

I load the 4.0.2 Files to the Host go to setup /webspace/install/
Then i see the screen Installation Complete Install step 8/8.
ok i delete the install.log in try it again but the same Message agein and the 
install.log was writen

It is remembering that you have already completed the installation. You can 
restart by manually going to install/?step=1
