kill_detail WARNING: EDK4.0.2 (only by losses)

i only install EDK4.0.2 on my Webspace (4.0.2 from this side) after install he 
makes the updates 27 and 28 (last point with 31 Steps)
ok now i send the Killmail to the webspace and he accept it. 
ok when i go to have a look to this kill i see many errors at first (errors u 
see under this Post)
whats the Problem???

A workaround for this problem is to add a pilot owner to the killboard, then 
remove it. (There's no need to change the other owners.)
