Auto-update should revert all changes on error #200

Currently the auto-update can fail on some files. For example, if permissions 
are not set. The rest of the update proceeds as normal. The board is then left 
in a semi-updated state which may cause conflicts.

The updater should record errors and revert to the pre-update state on error. 
The admin can then be shown the list of errors that need fixing before the 
update can succeed.
