Forums link on Project home is broken #216

The "forums" link on the Project Home links to

http://www.eve-id.net/forums/  which gives a 404 error.

Correct link is

http://www.eve-id.net/forum/   (without the 's')

Note: This is not about the KB software, but the Project Info at google code.
