EDK beyond 4.0.4 - further development?

Hi,

EDK 4.0.4 was released in Feb 2012. Since then new commits have been made to 
the repository until end of May. Now, development seems to have stopped somehow.
Even without any code updates, currently there is the problem that the new CCP 
database is not available via the auto-updater. The SQL files are released by 
AndyM in the Forum (http://www.eve-id.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=503&t=18831), 
but noone having write access to the official repo has yet included them. So 
everybody has to update the database manually.

There are also issues here which are tagged for release 4.1. Is there any 
plan/roadmap what shall be done for this release 4.1? When shall it be 
released? Who is working on it? I did not find anything about this release in 
the wiki.

About the database issue: Who could be contacted to get this done. If any work 
has to be done before putting new database to the auto-updater (e.g. testing, 
...) I offer my help to do this.

While I don't have huge amounts of time to spare (and am not a big fan of PHP), 
I might also be able to help out with EDK. We use it for our corp's killboard 
and it would probably make sense to spend the time I use for updating our 
database in a way that also benefits others.

Development is still underway. No roadmap as of yet.
