Admin Api page errors post inferno 1.3 #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking API Killlog under features

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the top of the page has the following error:\

What version of the board are you using? e.g. 3.2.3 or 4.0 revision

What version of PHP and MySQL does the board run on?

What is the url of a page where the error occurs or has occurred?

This issue has only occurred post Inferno 1.3 Patch.

I suspect i need the inferno 1.3 database dump but as yet I cant find one....

Same Problem here since Inferno 1.3.
In addition, no new kills appear on the Killboard anymore, meaning, there not 
getting fetched anymore. If i reenter a API Key it gets Status "No Status"

hey, found a fix finally, more to do with the api now needs to be set to secure 
in the code :)  apparently it changed the same day or day after inferno 1.3 
patch.
