Add the ability to display other board's comments for each kill. A tabbed view 
would replace the current comments section with a config section similar to 
IDFeed's feed urls. Alliances with several corporation boards will no longer 
need to scan everyone's boards for comments.

Additionally enable viewing comments directly from kill lists via an expanded 
div directly under the kill's row.
