Patch for /update/index.php #243

updated so latest db changes get used when visiting /update. Site throws errors 
because of the missing changes from 041 in the db structure.

The db changes are still being evaluated. When they are finalized the counter 
will be updated in index. Rejecting the patch for that reason. And yes, that's 
the correct way to use git head at the moment with the stale db.
