Option to hide archaic senses #269

Often when I use Rikai to copy-paste word meanings into Anki, archaic senses come with, and they're useless. It'd be handy to have an option to hide arch senses altogether.

Odds are most of us aren't reading old tomes with Rikai, anyway.

That's a good idea. I'm currently at the start of a multi-week project to rework all the dictionary data (like I previously did for the kanji data). Once that's done this should be a lot easier to add.

I'm thinking of maybe three possible settings:

1) arch enabled (default) 2) arch disabled 3) arch de-emphasized (maybe in gray or another faded color)
