Missing mini-dev data download url #1

The database should be stored under the ./mini_dev_data/dev_databases/.

However, there is only one README in mini_dev_data Please download the dataset from: https://bird-bench.github.io/, there is no download link for mini-dev on https://bird-bench.github.io, and it seems that the dev.zip does not contain the mini dev dataset.
