Tutorials initial structure #52

To start a discussion of how to structure tutorials and include notebooks.

Not all notebooks are recognized, can't find the reason!

As an initial PR yes. More will follow in the upcoming weeks.

Just high level, what is again the difference between the notebooks here and the notebooks at https://github.com/bird-house/notebooks?

Places of notebooks are not finally defined. Following the current logic discussed in gitter, notebooks can be stored anywhere and than be linked into this birdhouse mother documentation. https://github.com/bird-house/notebooks has been created once longe time ago, and is quite inactive. We could reactivate it or place the examples directly here in 'docs/source/_tutorials/'.
