Overview

Changes:

Now using Trusted Publisher for TestPyPI/PyPI releases.
Update black to v24.2.0 and code formatting conventions to Python3.9+.
Minor cleanups to the README.
Updated release date to today.

Related Issue / Discussion

Trusted Publisher is a tokenless way of releasing software on PyPI and other places. No more need to store/manage tokens.
