Process to export netCDF files to CSV #216

I think it would be useful to have a simple process able to export the value of a netCDF variable for a given grid cell and time range to a CSV file.

Then the abstract needs to be changed for tarout and for the process itself. Currently for tarout it is: abstract="Tar archive containing the netCDF files",
