update buildout, disabled non working processes (#260)

This PR is a first step to get the installation working again (#260).

Changes:

• updated buildout.
• disabled non working processes (only clipping and icclim indices left).
• skipped non working tests.
• fixed eggshell imports.
• removed workaround from travis.
• skipped sphinx installation.
