New setup #266

First Process enabled with new setup. some functions are moved to eggshell.

@nilshempelmann I would start with a minimal working FP. I can resolve the conflict issues, clean it up, add do a squash-merge on master. After that you can enable some basic processes in a subsequent PR.

@nilshempelmann merged to master. I will release this as 1.4.0 ... though it is empty it can fly ;)

Please create a new branch to add functions ... step-by-step.
