set dir_output to workdir #281

Done for all processes. @huard flyingpigeon.handler_common is setting the output a bit stange. Can you help here to update the function. Also I suggest to move the function wfs_common to eggshell.nc.nc_utils

Done, workdir handling is fixed also for spatial analog processes
