Red theme #217

This PR makes the theme configurable. You can change in custom.cfg:

# theme
phoenix-title = Phoenix
phoenix-description = A Python Web Application to interact with Web Processing Services
phoenix-theme = default

It adds a green theme (default) and a red one.
